li>Assist clients in preparing for hostile activity, including preparing activism vulnerability assessments across a range of factors including TSR, valuation, operational performance, capital return, leverage, M&A/divestitures, takeover defenses, governance, board and ESG to identify companies that may be targeted by activist investors and help formulate corresponding rebuttals to potential activist arguments.
