p>Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience: • High School diploma, equivalent or GED • Ability to visually inspect for cracks or other defects • Ability to suggest tooling improvements to Engineering for process/method improvements • Ability to fluently read and follow instructions in English • Ability to interpret prints and engineering drawings • Ability to perform machining on a variety of high strength materials (Inconel, A286, Stainless, 300M, 15-5, etc) • Knowledge of tooling to achieve consistent quality results • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments • Must read, understand, refer to and interpret Geometric, Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) dimensioning and third view projection blueprints. Under the guidance of the lead man or supervisor, operates the various hot heading machines in use by the Company to perform complex operations such as forming, shaping, stamping, etc.
