Asset stewardship & relationships: Steward business assets; build and maintain clear communication with customers and employees; partner with Regional VP of Operations, Strategic Account Management, Business Process Optimization, Customer Service, Finance, and HR to identify opportunities and resolve issues. Talent development: Attract, develop, and retain high-performing, diverse talent; mentor and role-model to build future leaders; set clear goals/expectations for leadership team with ongoing training; support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of all warehouse staff.
