You'll take ownership of the day-to-day store experience—from creating displays and helping customers discover great toys to testing promotions, watching what's selling, and helping us figure out what makes our new outlet successful. The Outlet Store Lead will create a welcoming shopping experience, process customer purchases, maintain merchandise and displays, monitor inventory, and ensure the store is clean, organized, stocked, and ready for customers each day.
