Responsibilities** + Partner closely with Creative Directors and Channel teams to inform the content strategy, strategic approach to the creative, and the best way to bring the strategy to life across multiple channels + Surface emerging trends in online consumer behavior to teams, and ensure these inform the strategic approach + Interpret quant and qual insights from a variety of sources, including close partnership with Analytics and channel teams, to develop new best practices into our strategy + Articulate the strategic approach to a variety of stakeholders, championing the 'why' and the 'how' for our marketing approach **Qualifications** **Required/minimum qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience. **Additional or preferred qualifications** + Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
