The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable working on the manufacturing floor, knowledgeable in CNC machining/programming, and able to use Lean manufacturing principles to drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The Manufacturing Engineering Technician supports safe, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing processes by developing and maintaining CNC programs, manufacturing routings, work instructions, tooling requirements, and process documentation.
