The Supervisor, Manufacturing - DAP owns the shift-level execution of the DAP Line Operation - its people, resources, and schedule - directing staff and equipment to deliver production, quality, cost, and safety commitments set for the operation under the PET (Process Execution Team) operating strategy, and coordinating with MSAT, Engineering, and Quality so the operation's deliverables meet site production and quality commitments. Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team while exercising independent judgment on routine operations.
