Incumbent must have the ability to: concentrate for ¾ workday, frequently cope with high level of stress, make decision under high pressure, cope with anger/fear/hostility of other in a calm way, manage altercations, handle a high degree of flexibility, handle multiple priorities in a stress situation, demonstrate high degree of patience and accepts flexible schedule to meet unit needs. Incumbent must have the ability for: near vision, color vision, hearing norm speech, use of keyboards and simple grasping, for prolonged periods of the workday, frequently use of far vision, depth perception, seeing fine details, telephone use, and firm grasping; hearing overhead pages, and fine manipulation occasionally.
