Materials and equipment used include, but may not be limited to the following: Equipment: Position requires use of various equipment including staff vehicles, ladder, power tools, hand-tools, two-way radios, computers/tablets/other digital equipment, telephones, buffer, vacuum cleaner, shovel, spreader, pressure washer, ladders, mops, and other tools used to perform cleaning and maintenance duties. This position operates various types of building systems, machinery, and tools in a safe, efficient manner to maintain, analyze, repair, and perform semi-skilled and skilled improvement to town facilities and equipment; and maintains and repairs mechanical and electrical operational systems including, but not limited to heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, electrical lighting, and distribution.
