For our skilled custom metalwork installer positions, the qualified candidates will: Work independently and lead a teamRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams and sketchesLayout and cross check shop set upsFabricate and assemble metal structures using welders, cutters, shapers and measuring toolsOversee the installation of fine finish elementsSet up, operate and maintain field welding equipment; Tig, Mig and Flux CoreValue and exhibit safe working methodsCommunicate efficiently and effectivelyPossess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the trade Physical Requirements: You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying tools\/items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal protective gear.
