Cross-Functional Coordination: Align facilities work in partnership with the On-Site Office/Facilities Manager and collaborate across internal departments (Production, Quality, EHS, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Site Leadership). Operating independently, the role ensures uninterrupted food and beverage operations by coordinating day-to-day facility activities, overseeing contractors, supporting capital projects, and maintaining strict compliance.
