Provide technical leadership across implementation partners and strategic vendors, ensuring system integrators and software providers operate within Smartsheet's architecture, engineering, security, and delivery expectations rather than allowing vendors to define the long-term architecture. Establish modern engineering practices across enterprise platforms, including source control, peer review, CI/CD, environment management, automated testing, observability, documentation, release engineering, and operational readiness where supported by the underlying technologies.
