In partnership with transportation and operations leadership, this role drives safety initiatives, oversees compliance and fleet programs, leads investigations and audits, and leverages performance metrics to reduce risk, improve operational effectiveness, and support safe and compliant transportation operations. Provide leadership and oversight to the Equipment Team, ensuring effective fleet asset management, preventive maintenance compliance, equipment utilization, vendor coordination, and overall fleet readiness to support safe and efficient operations.
