The ideal candidate has prior experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), Command Center, Network Operations Center (NOC), IT Service Desk, or technical support environment and possesses strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. This role is responsible for supervising daily Command Center operations while ensuring security systems are functioning properly, coordinating incident response, overseeing audits, and partnering with IT, Facilities, and third-party vendors to resolve technical and operational issues.
