The trainee will develop the knowledge and skills needed to operate commercial coffee roasting equipment safely and efficiently, learning the roasting process from green coffee through finished product. Reporting to the Manager of Roasting Processes and training under the guidance of a Senior Certified Roasting Trainer, this role supports daily roasting operations while completing a structured certification program.
