The Program Director is responsible for the overall leadership, daily operations, program development, staff supervision, community outreach, and contract compliance of our Neighborhood Naturally Occurring Retirement Community WithOut Walls (NNORC WOW) Supportive Services Program serving parts of Floral Park, New Hyde Park and Bellerose, Queens. Builds and maintains valuable relationships with local legislative representatives, other community based organizations, Senior Advisory/Partners Board members, community nursing partners, local hospitals and rehabilitation centers as well as other divisions within the agency.
