You will be responsible for developing a team that consistently delivers strong sales performance, excellent customer service, quality repairs, accurate Work Orders, timely customer communication, strong customer reviews, accurate inventory, and consistent execution of company processes. Previous experience in retail management, wireless/cellular sales, electronics repair, consumer electronics, store operations, sales management, customer service management, or inventory management is preferred.
