While performing the duties of this job, the employee is intermittently required to lift or carry 5 to 25 pounds; occasionally required to sit, and lift or carry 25 to 50 pounds; frequently required to climb, work with arms above shoulders, lift or carry over 50 pounds, and work at heights greater than 12 feet; continuously required to speak, hear, walk, stand, kneel or squat, and have clear distance vision of greater than 20 feet; required to bend or stoop, full use of two hands, grasp or pinch, repetitive movement, work in extreme heat, and have clear close vision under 20 inches for the maximum hours during any one day of a week. Education and/or Experience: 1–2-year technical welding degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in related welding industry (GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW) preferred, or 3 to 5 years of experience in related welding industry (GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW).
