As the lead staff member onsite, you'll ensure operations run smoothly, games start on time, coaches and staff receive support and guidance, provide mentorship for refs, and ensure players and families enjoy a positive, welcoming game-day experience. All non-exempt employees in part-time, non-regular positions shall accrue paid Sick and Safe Leave at the rate of one (1) hour for forty (40) hours worked, beginning from date of hire.
