The Regional Asset Protection Leader (RAPL) is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and for supporting safe store environments and operational excellence within the assigned region of NY Metro, New England and northern Mid-Atlantic (approximately 250 multi-brand stores). Work in partnership with stores and District Leaders to share observations, provide development, and invest in teams, strategies, and goal commitments that address shrink and SKU variance performance, customer engagement, omni-channel execution, theft awareness, and other operational controllables.
