Reporting to the Production or Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor will oversee hourly production employees, optimize machine performance, manage labor resources, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.
