Needs include data analysis from UC's reporting tools, maintenance of various systems such as Cognos reports and dashboards, case management and tracking of grievances, tracking and fulfilling Requests For Information (RFIs), accretions, parameter requests, strike dashboards, bargaining dashboards, labor agreement costing, and other resources primarily within SmartSheet, in addition to management of data and access to critical document management platforms including GoAnywhere, SharePoint, NetDocs and Box. Reporting to HRCRA this role will provide data analysis and systems support generally for SHR and also ensure stable, centralized and sustainable business systems functionality and analytics across the Systemwide Labor Relations (SWLR) area in terms of access, organization, protocols and data handling to manage large volumes of labor relations processes and data processing needs.
