Every day the Operator will track the production schedule, follow batch sheet instructions to accurately and efficiently set up, weigh, measure, and mix raw materials in proper sequence. Next the Operator will add ingredients either manually or with pumps and meters, accurately record the required information on the batch sheet, and submit samples to QA.

The Lead Fabricator is a full-time teammate who can lead and assist team members to meet production goals with a focus on quality and safety, along with training and mentoring co-workers to become better fabricators and welders. The primary tasks to oversee consist of building machine frames and components out of structural steel and tearing down completed machines in preparation for painting and shipping.

A minimum of 3 years previous experience and training in lathe and mill setup set-up, 5 years in manufacturing environment including CNC equipment operation preferably Fanuc, is required. Work is performed in a typical manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, dust, dirt, oil and grease, with several elements continuously present to the extent of being objectionable.
p>The Role: As the Caster, Foundry Worker, you will join our Durex Industries team and support with preparing molds, handling aluminum, and maintaining equipment to produce high-quality castings.
li>Calculate dimension, size, shape, and tolerance of tooling and equipment based on specification and monitor product quality by use of visual inspection and other quality and dimensional measuring tools.
