SUMMARY: The Commercial Roofing Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive cost estimates for BlueTeam''s commercial roofing projects, including insurance claim and bid reroof work, for clients across the hospitality, senior care, multi-family, industrial, and other commercial property sectors. The estimator works with project management, production, subcontractors, and the internal Prebid review team to make sure estimates are complete, competitive, and submitted on time.
