Collaborate with Corporate Staff, North America Staff, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Mining Managers, Engineering Staff, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory and sustainability considerations are fully integrated into new initiatives, products, projects, mergers and acquisitions, and process modifications. Lead the definition and implementation of an effective Crisis Management System (CMS) for North America to systematically identify, rank, isolate, and reduce business risks that may result in crisis situations.
