Required Qualifications: ACLS, BLS certifications, 2 years of ICU experience, comprehensive assessment skills, experience caring for septic patients, mechanically ventilated patients with hemodynamic monitoring devices, valid Indiana license or license eligible. This role involves providing specialized care for critically ill patients in a 30-bed unit, including patients with sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, and psychiatric conditions.
