POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Plays a crucial role in enhancing patient care and experience by carrying out various pharmacy-related services, including but not limited to admission medication review, medication therapy management coordination, clinical support services, drug manufacturer program assistance, prior authorizations, procurement and other tasks. Requires ability to work independently, coordinate assigned projects efficiently, and effectively communicate with pharmacy staff, hospital administration, medical staff, patients, and external healthcare providers.
