Recommend and specify design changes to parts, molds, fixtures, including planning and determining change methods, constructing temporary fixtures and jigs, and improvising as needed. This self-motivated (highly motivated, data-driven) individual will be responsible for planning, laying out, and performing machining operations and bench work on tools, fixtures, jigs, etc., of ordinary design.
