The selected candidate will work across a highly integrated team including Engineering, Logistics, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality, Contracts, Business Management, Global Trade, and other functional organizations to ensure successful execution and delivery. The individual will be expected to lead with accountability, establish disciplined program-management rigor, anticipate problems rather than simply report them, and build strong relationships across both the customer and Northrop Grumman organizations.
