Contribute to building teams by mentoring and developing off-site Vendor teams by providing feedback to meet and exceed manufacturing expectations by defining performance objectives while influencing on-site teammates and partners such as Regional Quality Managers, Building Management System, Quality Managers, General contractor teams, Vendor support teams, Trade Partners, and other Meta Infrastructure Data Center teams. This role is responsible for the generation, implementation, and management of a Manufacturing focused Meta Quality Program, by establishing a Quality Program that is focused on people, processes and accountability through influential vendor management and effective partnerships with site-based stakeholders (General Contractor Teams, Vendor Teams, Trade Partners, and Infra-Data Center Teams).
