The RSD has direct leadership responsibility for Market Development Managers, the regional Capital Sales Representative, and the Manager of Clinical Specialists, and is accountable for aligning sales, capital, market development, and clinical support resources around regional priorities. The Regional Sales Director (RSD), Central Region reports to the Sales, Senior Director and is responsible for leading commercial performance, strategic revenue growth, market development, and customer execution across the West Region for Zimmer Biomet and the aligned neurosurgery portfolio.
