Reporting to the Crew Supervisor or other Supervisor associated with a specific Facilities Maintenance & Engineering Trade Shop, the Senior Repairer performs a variety of routine basic maintenance and repair tasks involved with carpentry, painting, plumbing, steam fitting, electrical and mechanical; and provides first rate customer service to the University Community. As a team leader or working independently, work in the repair and maintenance of copper leaders, gutters and slate roofs, including the operations of flashing, papering, cutting and punching prior to the installation of slate; pots, steamers, cans, pails, and other kitchen and dairy equipment; and ventilators, air duct, and weatherproofing equipment.
