Job Description: As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Lead Maintenance - Kitchen is to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's kitchen facilities by assisting the Director of Engineering in the day-to-day activities of the Engineering Department, with a specific focus on maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment. Diagnose and repair a diverse range of kitchen equipment, including ice machines, gas and electric appliances like fryers, steamers, ovens, pressure cookers, steam kettles, tilt skillets, dish machines, and combi-ovens.
