Develop solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms such as billing systems, payment platforms, CRM, customer care systems, financial systems, risk platforms, data platforms, and customer communication channels. The architect will support solutions across the Credit and Collections lifecycle, including credit decisioning, account treatment, delinquency management, payment arrangements, collections workflows, billing and payments integration, and customer financial operations.
