Promote safety as the most important value in the organization by actively enforcing all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies/procedures, ensuring participation of team members in required safety training, and leading or participating in the investigation and implementation of corrective action plans for all safety incidents. Oversee daily activities of team members including coaching, counseling, conducting regular performance reviews, and leading, facilitating, or participating in Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) continuous improvement activities and Kaizen events.
