Coordinate and manage all aspects of new hire onboardingPrepare offer and onboarding documentation and ensure completion of employment paperworkMaintain employee records and process changes including promotions, transfers, and reporting updatesServe as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR questionsProvide guidance on company policies and proceduresSupport employee relations activities, including PIPs, disciplinary meetings, and terminationsParticipate in employee relations meetings and document outcomesConduct exit interviews and provide feedback summariesReview and resolve payroll-related discrepancies involving timecards and PTOGenerate HR reports and maintain data accuracy within HR systemsAssist with special projects and other HR initiatives as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator capacityStrong experience with onboarding and HR administrationEmployee relations experience preferredExperience with Workday strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft OutlookExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretion.
