p>Where Youll Work Our Owatonna, MN location is part of our Dry Beverage Division, which specializes in agglomeration and/or coating of nutraceuticals and functional food ingredients in some of your favorite dietary supplements and drinks! The site has approximately 50 employees that contribute to our involvement in product formulations, ingredient processing and particle coating solutions within the food and beverage and nutraceutical ingredient industries.

Effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats at all levels in and outside the Company (Vendors, Manufacturers, colleagues, teammates, leadership and front-line employees) using various methods (such as: Microsoft Teams, email, phone, text). With locations in Minnesota and Texas, Revol Greens harvests and delivers local lettuce and greens within 24 hours of harvest, resulting in the freshest taste and peak nutrition value.

The candidate must be able to speak, read and understand English in order to follow equipment instructions, understand safety protocols and respond to emergency situations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review work assignments, paperwork, and other documentation/directions to facilitate the best planning of time and activity for the shift.

These positions are critical to supporting plant operations through equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts across a fast-paced production environment. Read and interpret blue prints, sketches or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling and installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering requirements.

Your Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
