Requirements: • Experience with carpet cleaning and VCT flooring • Performs the following duties: • Carpet cleaning, bonnet and extraction • Scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing of had surface floors • Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment • Follow established safety precautions • Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning and finishing equipment, including but not limited to: • Floor buffer • Burnishes • Water extraction machine • Carpet cleaning equipment • Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility. Excellent work history Team-focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take direction Physically demanding, fast-paced environment requiring ability to work efficiently with attention to detail Reliable transportation Education: High school degree preferred but not required Experience: Previous floor tech experience preferred.
