Education and Experience: 7 years in manufacturing including 2 years at a manager level position directing operations of similar manufacturing facility with direct responsibility to meet production throughput and quality goals. Operate woodworking machinery to include hand and power tools, and perform necessary layout, special fit, and set-up to make reusable wood skids, crates, boxes, inserts, etc. Inspect parts in process and finished parts for packing, packed parts, container, etc., verifying condition, quantity, proper packaging technique, including blocking, banding, loading procedure, etc., to assure conformance to regulations. p>You will be a hands-on operational leader, partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate non-conformances, drive root cause and corrective action, and implement improvements using FLIGHT DECK, our Lean operating framework. As a Process Engineer - Engine Assembly, you will play a key role in owning and improving production assembly processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery across the LM2500, LM6000, CF6, and LMS100 programs.
