This non-supervisory position, located in Delavan, Wisconsin, will care for all machine-specific functions such as startup, configuring the equipment, loading, and operating the machines, changeover, shutdown, preventative maintenance, and optimizing the machine capability. Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and production orders to perform required tasks such as tasks to set up, load materials, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, clean, and complete preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
