Will be packing, unpacking, counting, labeling or operating printing machine. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reworking and repairing a wide range of components—including bottom terminated devices such as QFNs, BGAs, and LGAs—using advanced rework equipment and X ray inspection methods. Remove, replace, and re work components, including bottom terminated devices (QFNs, BGAs, LGAs) using hot air pencils, hot plates, reflow ovens, and specialty rework stations. You disassemble, reassemble, and test towing winch components, mooring winches, capstans, and anchor windlasses as well as hydraulic and mechanical cranes. Skilled with precision measuring tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, and stack height gauges, you perform all machining tasks with exactness. ul>Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas (including but not limited to hairnets/beard nets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard toe and slip/oil resistant shoes, appropriate safety gloves, and seatbelts while operating forklifts). Communication Skills – Effective verbal and written communication with team members and supervisors, reporting issues accurately, and collaborating to ensure smooth workflow. Typical Minimums : High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks and 1 Year of experience. Determines types of tests to be performed, approves and suggests modifications to testing equipment, and analyzes test results to evaluate performance of products and equipment.
