p>Key Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on diesel equipment • Inspect and repair systems including brakes, steering, suspension, hydraulics, engines, and electrical components • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and ensure equipment safety and reliability • Replace worn or damaged parts, including tires, brakes, and hydraulic components • Maintain accurate and timely completion of work within designated timeframes • Support and mentor team members in technical skills and safe work practices • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities • Perform additional duties as needed to support operational goals and company objectives.
The position requires the ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair critical vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, hydraulics, engines, electrical systems, HVAC, fuel and air intake systems, and more, ensuring all equipment operates safely and reliably.
