Responsible for the overall talent management of the production team including interviewing, hiring, staffing levels, and ongoing training of Team Members; planning, assigning work, and directing daily work priorities; appraising annual performance reviews; setting goal objective with emphasis of a rewarding culture; addressing complaints and resolving problems. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear; and required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
