Organizes, prepares and files a variety of corporate legal documents for transactions ( Articles of Incorporation/Organization, Amendments, state qualifications, consents, merger documents, closing books, electronic closing sets, initial drafts or certificates, short-firm closing deliverables, and filing annual reports, and assists with formation of entities Manages data rooms and matter files. This position can sit in either our Austin, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, Seattle, San Diego, or Washington, DC office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
