The Manager of Production Planning leads the planning function to protect on-time performance by ensuring plan integrity, early risk identification, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined execution across near- and long-term horizons, while being intentionally developed and prepared to assume broader strategic leadership responsibilities within the organization. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk; traverse rough, uneven, unlevel, rocky, or muddy terrain; handle or move materials; and occasionally be subject to environmental conditions, such as heat, cold, rain, etc.
