p>JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE: Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Master Technician is responsible for performing a variety assignments related to regular and special department functions to ensure the mold continuously flows thru the Cell with minimal to no interruption in the process. The Master Technician guides the production flow of a cell and is responsible for the quality of the product produced and coordinates all the resources and activities within the cell and must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
