Experience with sewing, precision assembly, microscope work, cleanroom manufacturing, GMP environments, medical device manufacturing, laboratory work, or other highly detailed production environments is a plus. Success in this position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, strong fine motor skills, patience, and the ability to perform meticulous work under a microscope for extended periods.
