div>- Responsible for developing, issuing and revising master production schedule and detailed production plans and coordinating schedules to optimize capacity utilization for all production in a complex electro-mechanical and RF manufacturing environment (high mix/low volume and low mix/high volume, both build to stock and build to order, line and cellular assembly with some dynamically changing products) and coordinates flow of work within or between departments.
- Devise alternative action plan for a program under critical situations, problem solves to mitigate impact: identify, implement, and execute recovery plan working with all relevant team members to revise production schedules due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with Management, Procurement, Production, Quality, ME or Engineering – keeps management appraised of any issues that impact OTD and recovery.
