Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time; be able to work for long periods of time while standing and walking; ability to move freely around campus and other location; mental capacity to make decisions and follow through with directions; ability to follow safety and security practices; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to bend, stoop, reach, and grasp as required to perform responsibilities; ability to operate a motor vehicle; and ability to operate multiple types of custodian equipment (including, but not limited to: vacuum, vacuum back-pack, floor buffer, carpet cleaner). Position Duties: Clean assigned offices, classrooms, restrooms, and lobby areas using the proper custodial cleaning methods for sanitizing, mopping, sweeping, dusting, etc.
