All positions begin as temporary roles with the opportunity to transition to regular full-time employment following a successful probationary period, based on performance and business needs.  Starting pay: $15/hour + shift differential We are currently hiring for the following 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) and 3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) positions:<ul><li>Packer</li><li>Groover-Beveler</li><li>Material Puller I</li><li>Shipping System Operator</li><li>Spiral Wound Operator Level I</li><li>Welder I</li></ul>​​​​​​​ Job Duties and Responsibilities  Depending on assigned position, responsibilities may include:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px">Pulling, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Organizing and stocking materials in designated warehouse locations.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Recording and processing orders using company systems.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Assembling boxes, crates, and packaging materials.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Palletizing, wrapping, and staging outgoing shipments.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Verifying product type, quantity, and quality prior to shipment.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Performing visual inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Operating manufacturing equipment such as winding, assembly, punching, stamping, slitting, or related machinery.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Loading materials onto machines, including lifting and positioning rolls using overhead cranes.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Completing small TIG welding projects (Welder I).</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Verifying stamping information including size, pressure rating, and material.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Attaching work orders and identification tags to finished products.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Transporting finished products to inspection, storage, or shipping areas.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company safety policies.</li></ul><div style="margin-left:8px">​​​​​​​</div>​​​​​​​Skills<ul><li>Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.</li><li>Basic computer capabilities. </li><li>Ability to work with a team. </li><li>Ability to operate machinery, drive a forklift, or perform TIG welding (based on role)</li></ul>​​​​​​​ Work Experience<ul><li>No prior work experience required.</li><li>Preferred: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Preferred: Pervious experience driving a forklift, operating a machine, or TIG welding.</li></ul> Education<ul><li>Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.</li></ul>​​​​​​​ Physical Requirements<ul><li>Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and climbing.</li><li>Continuous standing and/or walking. </li><li>Good eye/hand/foot coordination.</li><li>Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments</li><li>Ability to safely operate machinery and equipment.</li><li>Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.</li><li>Must be able to lift forty-five (45) pounds independently. </li><li>Must be able to learn forklift and/or machine operation as required.​​​​​​​</li></ul>Powered by JazzHR
